Injury Reserve dropped one of the best rap albums of 2015 (if you haven’t heard it, you should check out Live from the Dentist Office right now), so it’s great to see them back with immediate effect. With their new album Floss on the way, the Arizona trio (Ritchie with a T, Stepa J Groggs and Parker Corey) are back with a mighty presence in their new video for “OH SHIT!!!.”
Ritchie repeats the line, “This that raised by the Internet, ain’t had no dad rap” on the track, and it sums up what they’re all about. They’ve got the slickness of late 2000-early 2010 rap like The Cool Kids and Pac Div, but make no mistake about it: they’re doing their own thing.
