To this day, we prefer Timbaland on his R&B shit a tad bit more than the rap side. We know this is against popular opinion, but we’ll stand by it. When Timbo wants to, he’ll still come out with R&B flames. Jacob Banks channeled more of the One Republic sound from Timothy, rather than the old Ginuwine for the remix “Unknown (To You).” It’s not a bad thing. The track certainly has a bigger sound and potential to reach further with Timbo backing it.
