When Janelle Monáe’s debut studio album The ArchAndroid was released back in 2010, the obvious reaction was not knowing what to completely expect. At this point now, it’s often thought of as one of the best albums of the past decade, with people regularly comparing others to her style of singing thanks to her unique neo-soul approach.
Three years later and she’s now ready to release her brand new single titled “Q.U.E.E.N.,” which includes the legendary Erykah Badu as a special guest on the offering.
