JAY Z and Beyonce’s Joint Album Will Be A TIDAL Exclusive

We know you love those TIDAL exclusives..

It seems like JAY Z is stopping at nothing to get more subscriptions for his streaming service TIDAL, with his newest method of madness being that of a collaborative CD with his wife Beyonce. Although many already speculated the two would be dropping a joint project together, the two can now take this time to provide it to their customer base on Tidal as an exclusive.

Of course, this doesn’t mean everyone who doesn’t have the service won’t get to hear it. You might just have to wait a while. Or maybe not wait that long at all.

You know the Internet always wins and they will get a hold of it somehow. That TIDAL exclusive experiment might last a good five minutes before a link pops up.

Interestingly enough, from what DJ Skee says in this “music business is at war with itself” PSA, Tyler The Creator‘s GOLF Media App received more subscriptions in its first day than TIDAL did (with all the hype, panel of artists and marketing behind it). If that’s not a foreshadowing of what’s to come for that streaming service, we don’t know what is.

Shit, the app is already damn near rock bottom in the Apple app store as it is.

Good investment, though Hov.
