JAY Z, Chance the Rapper, Run the Jewels, Vince Staples to Perform at ‘Woodstock 50’

Before the Coachella’s, Rock the Bell’s and Rolling Loud’s of the world were staples as festivals, Woodstock was the original.

Bringing the festival back to the forefront of music, the Woodstock Music and Arts Fair 2019 is coming to Watkins Glen, NY on August 16, 17, 18 with a whole slew of artists. The rock artists like The Killers, Robert Plant, The Black Keys, Santana, Imagine Dragons are expected.

Considering hip-hop is such a big part of popular music now, the festival has incorporated names like JAY Z, Chance the Rapper, Vince Staples, Common, Run the Jewels, Janelle Monae, SiR, Akon, Earl Sweatshirt, Leon Bridges and more.

Surprisingly, they also have pop acts like Miley Cyrus and Halsey rocking as well.

Is this a concert you’d like to hit up for three days? Does this lineup compare to legendary ones from the 1969 like Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, The Who, Grateful Dead and more?

Tickets go on sale April 22. For more information, go to Woodstock.com.
