This is JAY-Z’s REAL WORST Song All-Time after Rory & Mal’s Recent Debate

JAY-Z Worst Song Ever April 2022 Story

Why is JAY-Z so embarrassed by this song?

Our guys Rory & Mal partook in the latest episode of Complex Brackets to discuss the worst JAY-Z song of all-time. The Roc-a-Fella’s ended up deciding that Kingdom Come’s “Anything” with Usher and Pharrell was his worst song ever.

We’ve always enjoyed that song, considering Ursha killed the hook and it featured some of Jiggaman’s best flows. With HOV even going on record to name Kingdom Come his worst album all-time, it might be the Blueprint 3.

During one of the darkest moments of his career, where he left Def Jam and had to rethink his career before becoming the billionaire we see today; Jay wasn’t confident in the release. This was because Kingdom Come was his first ever album flop, in terms of underwhelming sales. It caused friction with many A&R’s and artists that felt disgruntled over budget usage all going towards his album.

There, we saw the most leaks ever from Roc-a-Fella, including a world premiere we had at the time on the site for “Ain’t I” – the non-DJ Clue version. Now, for whatever reason, Jigga was testing the waters with different sounds and created possibly the worst song we’ve ever heard in hip-hop.

GHETTO TECHNO. It got so bad, that the song was scrubbed from the internet, and you can’t find it anywhere, unless you had it saved to a cloud drive at the time.

Although not an official release, this was a leak that was presented by the labels and even sent to us to post on the site. Let us know in the comments what you think.
