Jimi Tents has been on our radar for a minute now, from the release of his 5 O’Clock Shadow EP in 2015 to working with Jay IDK. This week, the Brooklyn up and comer is back with a video for a new freestyle titled “Phone Down,” and he’s rapping like he’s got a point to prove. Jimi’s spitting on rooftops and doing what he knows best, and hopefully letting everyone know that he’s not here to mess around.
