Joyner Lucas Says He’s A Free Agent and No Longer on Atlantic Records

Though he was already buzzing before his appearance on Eminem‘s Kamikaze album, Joyner Lucas broke out into another stratosphere since. With the momentum going up and his ADHD project coming soon, Joyner has some big fans about what the new year has on deck.

Today on Instagram, he told fans that he is no longer signed Atlantic Records and he’s going back independent. He also clarifies that he has no label or no deal and his new album will be out with no major backing.

“The face of a 2x Grammy nominated, platinum selling, stress free rich nigga… oh and did I forget to say I’m now 100% Independent?. which means im no longer signed to ATLANTIC RECORDS as of a few days ago. 🙏🏽 great record label and great people so it’s always love. I just wanted to be back on my Independent wave and do things my way. as of now it’s No label deal, no publishing deal, literally just me… watch me work! 💪🏽 “ADHD” is dropping as a independent project with no major backing. Just the support of the fans. Thank you for all your support and love.”
