It’s been less than a week since Justin Bieber released his Changes album, but he’s ready to take over with the videos. Today, he has shared his video for “ETA,” which finds him in the woods asking for that arrival time for his lady. This was one of the standouts on the project, so it makes sense to have a video, though the video doesn’t match much.
