Following the release of her debut album Isolation last month, Kali Uchis is back with a video for “Get Up.”
The dreamy, self-directed visual combines the interlude “Gotta Get Up” with the intro “Body Language,” and finds Kali at her own funeral and navigating through the afterlife. “Now I’m packing all my bags, and I am leaving it behind,” she sings on the record. “There’s no tracking where I’m going, there’s no me for them to find.”
