KAMI has been releasing music as Kami de Chukwu and one half of Leather Corduroys with Joey Purp for years at this point, but his latest output under simply KAMI sounds like he’s found his voice down the solo path.
Following his video for the Strangers Things-esque track “Home Movies” last month, the Chicago rapper is back with the forceful “Foundation.” With artwork that features his Save Money family, KAMI is rapping his ass off about everything from his brothers to the state of the world. You can just tell he loves rapping.
