Yeezy is set to boycott next year’s GRAMMYs!
Last week, reports surfaced that Frank Ocean’s team apparently missed the GRAMMYs submission deadline for his Blonde album – meaning he’s ineligible to receive any type of recognition next February for music’s biggest night of the year.
While a source close to the situation did confirm that Frank and his team chose not to submit the project, Kanye West isn’t feeling how the whole thing went public. During the Bay Area stop of his Saint Pablo Tour last night, Yeezy partook in his latest rant – this time threatening to boycott the event If Frank Ocean’s album doesn’t receive its proper nomination.
On behalf of Ocean, Yeezy said, “No one wants to say nothing about it. No one wants to do nothing about it,” before giving his take on being politically incorrect and damn proud of it.
