With Caribana going down in Toronto soon, Kennedy Rd. has decided to release a record from her Feelings Cafe EP to coincide with the event. “Day and Nite” definitely displays the Caribbean sounds thanks to a backdrop from Tone Mason and shows Kennedy getting vulnerable about her newly discovered relationship. She wonders how long it will take to get inside that person’s heart and hopes for patience as she gets through those walls.
