This was one of our favorite songs from the Insecure: Music From The HBO Original Series, Season 4 soundtrack and definitely put KIRBY on to a mass audience. Especially because Lucky Daye was on the remix to “Velvet.” For the video the two get partially animated and incorporate island vibes to the song to make it more enjoyable and like you’re on a vacation.
