Earlier today, Dieuson Octave, better known to the rap world as Kodak Black, was facing some serious charges, regarding an assault on a strip club bartender. In the documents, the bartender claimed that he attacked her inside Club Climax, on the fateful February night.
The manager of the club was also in attendance for the proceedings and testified on the behalf of Octave. He went to say, “When she gave him a hug she grabbed his genitals and said I want to talk to you and he proceeded to tell her you are not my type and she got mad and walked out.”
Luckily, with testimony from workers at the business and surveillance evidence, the 19-year-old was cleared on a count of battery. Unfortunately, he wasn’t completely let off the hook this afternoon; as Black was soon found guilty on five house arrest violations. Terms of the violation weren’t revealed; but he’s due back in the Miami-Dade County Courts on, to face formal sentencing,
