Lay Z Connects With BBK
Lay Z is taking things back to the essence of grime with his new track “That’s What I’m On,” featuring verses from Boy Better Know members, JME and Frisco. The London emcee had the beat, produced by Teddy, for eight months before recording. After coming up with the concept of spitting lyrics, Lay Z wrote his first bar listening to some old songs from Frisco, so it was only right to get him and JME on the record.
