Three years after the release of Coming Home, Leon Bridges is sharing his second studio album.
On Good Thing, the Fort Worth singer leaves behind the ’60 soul (and with it the Sam Cooke comparisons) and channels the R&B he loves most. “Every song is its own thing,” Bridges says. “It’s a pretty diverse album, there isn’t like one concept to it but it deals with some relationships I’ve been in, there are songs of triumph and a little bit of my narrative running throughout.”
