This whole week we’ve been seeing some of today’s hottest artists on MTV’s reboot of TRL. From Migos to Playboi Carti, on the third day, they brought out Lil Uzi Vert to perform a few records from his Luv Is Rage 2 album.
Of course, he had to drop that “XO Tour Llif3” for the crowd inside the Times Square studio, as well as “Sauce It Up.” Someone inform his DJ that neither the single or album are No. 1 in the country right now, though. That spot is for Cardi B and The Killers. Just saying.
Uzi peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100, so shout to him.
