Little Simz is constantly winning on her own terms. The London rapper has been on the road since the release of her second album Stillness in Wonderland in December, which has seen her travel across the US supporting Ab-Soul and putting on a special Tiny Desk Concert for NPR Music.
Never one to put new music on hold, Simz returns today with a brand new track titled “Backseat” — produced by Astronote. “You talk about life, is it that sweet? All these eyes staring at me,” she spits on the track as she reflects on the path music has taken her.
