Montreal rapper Lou Phelps is getting ready to make his mark with a project titled 001: Experiment on April 12th. Following last month’s “My Forte,” he’s back with the release of another new track “What Time Is It?,” which finds Phelps linking up with DMV rapper Innanet James over production from his actual brother, Kaytranada. The grooves are real and we can’t wait to hear the whole thing next week.
