Lupe Fiasco Questions Kendrick Lamar’s Tier 1 Lyricist Ranking in Hip-Hop

DROGAS WAVE coming soon?

On Friday, Lupe Fiasco made a claim that Top Dawg Entertainment had used the concept from his DROGAS Wave album cover, for their All the Stars single with Kendrick Lamar and SZA.

TDE President Dave Free cited that the allegations of using the artwork were false. Well, with a little free time on his hands today, the Chicago rapper hit up social media and took part in a few questions from fans – which is something rare for an artist of his caliber to actually straight shoot.

Fiasco the Great, stated that while he does love King Kung Fu Kenny’s overall lyrics and story-telling, he didn’t feel the Compton native was a tier-one lyricist – in his standards. Take a look at highlights from his twitter moment below and let us know in the comments what you think.
