Is this really happening?
After taking a semi-political and urban-driven approach to Tetsuo & Youth last January, Lupe Fiasco is already putting his pen back to his pad with more material on the way. Last night, the well-respected rapper-producer took to Instagram to send a cryptic message for fans to be prepared on the arrival of future material.
Lupe was generous enough to respond to fans, even revealing he’s still working on the long-awaited Skulls project, which is set to be produced entirely by Soundtrakk. He would soon drop a megaton saying he’s also working on The Cool 2, coincidentally while writing Skull. The 1st & 15th rapper went to tout Skulls being better than his recent Tetsuo & Youth effort, but believes The Cool 2 will be better than both.
“I’m writing Skulls and Cool 2 at the same…Cool 2 feels really special…scary good…Skulls is better than T&Y and I think Cool 2 will be better than both…we’ll see…”
