So, three new Fiasco projects in 2017?
On Christmas day last year, Lupe Fiasco revealed he had three full-length albums on the way for 2016: DROAGS, SKULLS and DROGAS Light. While the Chicago rapper gave fans a glimpse at what to expect over the summer with “Pick up the Phone,” his projects are unfortunately on indefinite hold.
Earlier today on social media, Lu went to clarify that both Drogas and Drogas Light have been recorded and sitting in the safe, but cited clearances and missing issues have unfortunately delayed his original deadlines. Coincidentally, his fall tour begins tonight, which dates are expected to stretch until the end of December – so hopefully a new single surfaces before the end of the year, at least.
It's a strong chance you wont get any new Lupe albums this year
Sorry y'all. I tried 2 make it happen but best laid plans make a mess made

Drogas Light & Drogas are fully recorded & sitting but clearances and mixing issues for Drogas are pushing us beyond realistic deadlines now
