Taking a break from his acting career, which you’ve seen him notable roles as Michael on The Wire and Dixon for 90210; Tristan Wilds officially steps into his alter-ego of Mack Wilds for his debut album. “New York: A Love Story” personifies something missing in the game currently, being signature R&B authentic sounds from the big apple.
Straight from the streets of Shaolin, Mack’s debut opus is executive produced by GRAMMY-nominated producer/songwriter Salaam Remi, who you’ve seen on countless hits from the likes of Nas, Miguel and the late Amy Winehouse among others. The debut album for Mack Wilds has been one of the more intriguing projects we’ve been looking forward to since the release of his first single “Own It” a few months back.
