Just days after releasing her debut album Love & Compromise, Mahalia is sharing a video for her standout Ella Mai collaboration called “What You Did.”
Directed by KC Locke, (Ed Sheeran, Stormzy, Skepta), the new video finds the two singer sitting in a car while it’s going up in flames. “Tell me where you hide, where do you go?” Mahalia sings. “Tell me is she nice, does she know I know?.”
The song itself samples Cam’ron and Juelz Santana’s “Oh Boy” and turns it into a modern R&B jam.
