Marsha Ambrosius – Have You Ever

Artist: Marsha Ambrosius
Song: “Have You Ever”
Producer:
Album: We Remember Dennis Brown
Director: Flourish and Multiply

We’re closing in on two years since Marsha Ambrosius‘ sophomore studio album Friends & Lovers released in July of 2014. After spending the most part of the last year as a featured artist on songs with Joe Budden, King Los, Dr. Dre and most recently TIP, the veteran singer-songwriter is back and ready to please her fans with a new solo release of her own.

Marsha Ambrosius kicks off her official 2016 campaign with the release of her new single “Have You Ever” and it comes in the form of the Flourish and Multiply directed music video. The single is a cover of Reggae legend Dennis Brown‘s 1982 Yesterday, Today And Tomorrow single “Have You Ever Been In Love” and taken from the compilation album We Remember Dennis Brown, that pays tribute to the late “Crown Prince of Reggae.”

Though the single isn’t a Ambrosius original, we hope that this is just the start to come from The Songstress this year.
