Considering she uses a lot of Latin-inspired flavor on her records, this new single “Nena” is no different. On the track, we can hear a guitar riff carry the backdrop, as Melii gets off with the melodies. She’s speaking a little Spanish and the title track may suggest it but it’s not as bilingual as other tracks we’ve heard.
