At this point, if you haven’t heard “Get You,” you’re living under a rock. The single put Daniel Caesar and it can be argued that the song was one of the top R&B tracks of the year. With plenty of fans of the record, Miguel is one of them. He recently covered the track for Spotify singles and put his own spin on it. Mig actually stripped the soul out of it and injected a more rock flavor for his cover.
We won’t put it up against the original, but will say that it’s got a different flavor that can be appreciate on its own. The song is still a modern classic.
