Allow us to introduce you to R&B songstress Mila J. Many may remember the singer/songwriter as she use to be apart of the short-lived girl groups Gyrl and Dame Four, she is also the older sister of Jhené Aiko. She followed the release and success of her 2012 mixtape Battlefield America with the release of the popular single Movin On in 2013, under the name Japollonia.

Now back as Mila J, she is gearing up for the release of her new album M.I.L.A. (Made in Los Angeles) and features the new single “Smoke, Drink, Break-Up.”

In the black-and-white clip, that stars Ty Dolla $ign as the leading male role, we see Mila and her girls coasting thru the L.A. streets in a old school Chevy before pulling over to a headlight lit parking lot to show off their choreographed dance moves. We also see Mila and Ty going thru some regular relationship problems, everything from smoking, drinking and arguing with one another, which ultimately leads to a break-up.

Look out for Mila J’s Motown Records debut, M.I.L.A. (Made in Los Angeles) to hit stores later this year.

Directed by Blue Gregory.
