June 20th was a sad day for hip-hop when beloved MC Albert Johnson, better known as Prodigy, passed away. Today, Alchemist is sharing a brand new Mobb Deep song titled “Try My Hand,” which he produced himself for his The Good Book, Vol. 2 album with Budgie. “For my brother,” Alchemist says along with the release.
Alchemist of course produced a ton of tracks for Mobb Deep, as well as full projects for both Havoc and Prodigy.
