After releasing “Coldplay” in December, Mr Hudson is back with a new video for his Vic Mensa collaboration. The clip, directed by Mia Swier, finds Hudson deep in thought while playing the piano, before getting behind the bar and serving a drink to Vic to numb the pain.
“For me, ‘Coldplay’ is about that moment when you’re about to give up on someone, but you don’t,” Hudson says. “You dig deep. You keep working. Even though it might be easier to walk away.”
It’s the second time Hudson and Vic have collaborated, following “Almost There.”
