Last September 30th, Kanye West was originally scheduled to release his Yandhi album, but the project was indefinitely delayed. With Mike Dean even citing mastering issues as why the project didn’t release, the team of G.O.O.D. Music and its affiliates have been quiet on its whereabouts.
In that time, Yeezh has been participating in weekly Sunday Service meetings with friends and family, where he privately debuts new music each event. The theme some are believing for the next album, will be similar to his 2016 The Life of Pablo project – taking an abrasive gospel approach.
Until listeners get their hands on Yandhi, two music insiders and affiliates of G.O.O.D. Music teases that it would be arriving on January 30th. Non-surprisingly, the tweets were immediately erased before the news went viral, which wasn’t covered in media until now.
