Depending on your situation, sometimes it’s easy to take things for granted. Musiq Soulchild is doing the opposite on this new record off his upcoming album and sends a message to those who may be doing it. On “Simple Things,” Musiq appreciates those things that may not have monetary value yet still mean so much. The J. Troy-produced track sounds like peak Soulchild material, with a slight new twist for the new generation.
