With the Straight Outta Compton movie almost out and every TV commercial showing the trailer on TV, the only thing that was left for the world’s most dangerous group was to actually reunite and put on a hell of a concert for old time’s sake.
That’s exactly what happened this weekend at the BET Experience in Los Angeles, as Ice Cube brought out MC Ren and DJ Yella to perform with him for the first time in decades. Unfortunately, Dr. Dre wasn’t in the building to hit the stage alongside the original three N.W.A. members, but they still held it down and gave the crowd what they had been missing since the ’80s.
Light one up for Eazy who was there in spirit and watch the crew perform “Fuck The Police” live on stage up top.
