FREE STREAM: ‘Memories Don’t Die’
With Nicki Minaj exiling herself from the general public this year, Tory Lanez shared an interesting tidbit this weekend. The New Toronto representative is currently promoting his newly-released Memories Don’t Die album and got into a track break down of the effort in a recent interview.
If you remember back in September, Swavey dropped the his “Shooters” single, which served as the debut cut from his project. Well, the track originally featured Nicki Minaj, but Lanez revealed that a text message exchange led to her removal from the cut.
Apparently, Tory gave Barbie some constructive input on her rhymes, which he felt wasn’t properly delivered right through text message. Take a look below at the portion of this interview, where he reveals more on the story – including Minaj removing herself from the album.
