RIP Nip
UPDATE: The Los Angeles Times reports that the LAPD believe the killer knew Nipsey prior to the incident and was in his “orbit.” Detectives think that the suspect has gang ties but it is more likely that the shooting was personal rather than over gang feuds and beefs.
UPDATE 2: The Los Angeles County coroner released the findings from his autopsy and claims that Nip died from gunshot wounds to the torso and head. His death was ruled a homicide. Police have not yet arrested anyone and are still looking for suspects on the case.

Sunday afternoon, Ermias ‘Nipsey Hussle’ Asghedom made a trip to his Marathon Clothing on Slauson Avenue in South Los Angeles, to spend time with friends and family. Unfortunately, this was the last time the Los Angeles entrepreneur-rapper would be seen alive.
According to LAPD reports, Nipsey and two other men were shot outside of his Marathon Clothing shopping center. The incident, resulted Nipsey getting shot a total of six times, including one hitting his head around 3:25pm PT. With EMS on scene trying to revive him, he was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
Prior to this incident, Mr. Asghedom had developed interest in technology and community development – including working the eye-raising documentary for Alfredo ‘Dr. Sebi’ Bowman. Our condolences go out to his entire family and friends on this unfortunate situation.
Having strong enemies is a blessing.

Nipsey Hussle is working on a documentary that will narrate Dr. Sebi’s Trial in 1985.
Dr. Sebi claimed in a New York newspaper ad that he could cure AIDS & was allegedly executed by way of U.S. Medical Corporations because his AIDS remedy would take away from their own profits. pic.twitter.com/jxoCqzknEw

RIP Nipsey. I just spent Thursday with him filming a video for a beautiful new song we created with Khaled. We filmed in Inglewood, close to where he grew up. He was so gifted, so proud of his home, so invested in his community. Utterly stunned that he's gone so soon.
