Offset vs. Quavo, Takeoff situation examined, as we go through a list of situations that happened over the last few months. Dating back to 2020, the Migos filed a lawsuit against their longtime lawyer, who was a representative at their label.
While nothing has been revealed to the public, we found it odd that Cardi B made minimal public appearances with her family members of Quality Control. While appearing on the group’s CULTURE III album last summer, this was the last time we saw both Offset and Cardi B linked to the Migos name.
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Quavo and Takeoff were starting a new group called Unc and Phew. Without Offset involved and no mention of their brother, the two released their Hotel Lobby single two weeks ago, which is the lead-in to their collaborative album later this year.
However, outside of the business side of things and egos, we’re of the belief that rap affiliations may be a key. When Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel got released from prison last year, we found it odd that Offset wasn’t present for the entire celebration.
Before the GS9 camp went in, there were plans for a ShMigo album with the two factions. However, this spring, Offset was seen in a particular area in Brooklyn that didn’t go with who Quavo was moving with. You can put the puzzle together in the collection of media below.
