Phonte is finally back with his new solo album No News Is Good News, which serves as the long-awaited follow-up to 2011’s Charity Starts at Home.
For his latest outing, the Little Brother and Foreign Exchange rapper puts together a tidy 10-track project, recruiting just Freddie Gibbs and Eric Roberson (who he made a whole album with) for guest features, with the likes of Nottz, Marco Polo, Tall Black Guy and AbJo on production. It’s been a long time coming for Phonte fans, but it was worth the wait.
