As we type, Playboi Carti is in the midst of some legal drama after the police in Georgia pulled him over and found drugs and guns in his Lamborghini.
Among the substances inside the whip: Xanax, marijuana, codeine, oxycodone and two handguns.
According to TMZ, Carti told the cop that arrested him that he would fuck his daughter and that he had a hot wife. Plus, he said he didn’t care about his luxurious sports car because he’d buy another one and he didn’t care if he went to jail. He even instigated for him to arrest him.
Ultimately, he was charged with expired tags, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and failure to move over. It was his friend in the car who took the gun and drug charges.
With all of this going on, Playboi is teasing the release of Whole Lotta Red, as he posted what we can assume of his album cover on social media today. Fans have been clamoring for this effort for a while so maybe it drops this week while the buzz on his life outside of music is high.
