To say goodbye to the month of April, Popcaan releases another new song for fans and he’s dedicating it to Vybz Kartel while he is locked down. The somber and hopeful track titled “Goals” is heartfelt and can probably fit for anyone who has somebody behind bars, as they hold them down from the outside.
