We haven’t heard from Lauryn Hill in the longest but one of the members that started the Fugees with her has recently spoken out as to why she left music altogether.
Pras sat down with VLAD TV to speak on his old friend and said she wasn’t inspired to make music anymore. That’s why she quit. He said she wasn’t money motivated and all it took was inspiration for her to get creative. Obviously she lost touch of that, so that’s why we haven’t heard much from her since her critically acclaimed The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill album.
