Yes, Lord Quavious is producing!
This week, Migos confirmed they were officially releasing their CULTURE II album on January 26th. With the project nearing promotion week, the Atlanta group invited Real 92.3 to the behind-the-scenes of their “Stir Fry” music video shoot with Pharrell Williams. During the conversation, the three touched on the album and what fans could expect. This segued into them asking Offset about his favorite producers in the game, which he immediately referred to Lord Quavious.
This prompted Quavo to open up on his recent studio sessions with Kanye West and producing material for the Chicago icon. However, he shared some rare information, citing that Yeezy still uses his original production equipment from the College Dropout days. While Quavo said he’s more of a Fruit Loops person on his computer of choice, he appreciated Mr. West for sticking to his roots.
We’re assuming this possible collaboration could emerge on Yeezy’s next full-length drop.
