When R. Kelly asked a judge to be in solitary confinement back in July because he was fearful of his life and what may happen to him in general population, he never imagined it would be like this. At that time, he was happy to go there and spend time away because he was more afraid of what could happen.
Now all of that has changed and he’s regretting that move.
According to TMZ, Kellz is now begging to come out of solitary confinement and rather take the chance in general population because his mental and psychical health is deteriorating.
Kelly’s lawyer Steve Greenberg has previously said in solitary confinement his client hardly gets human interaction, one 15-minute phone call a month, only three showers a week, hardly any access to sunlight and private visitations without surveillance.
Greenberg argues that Robert has been obedient over the course of his stint in jail thus far and he’s only been treated like this because he’s a celebrity.
We’ll see if the judge has mercy over his situation.
