Last night, at the 2016 Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival, Rapsody revealed to the live crowd that she was the newest member of Roc Nation. The NC-based native, becomes the first ever female rapper to land a spot on JAY Z’s imprint, as 9th Wonder also confirmed the partnership of his independent label Jamla Records having a new partner. It’s still unclear if she’s a direct artist or just under management with the label, but we’ll find out when her imminent single arrives shortly.
