Red Hot Chili Peppers are releasing their new album The Getaway tomorrow, but only now are they releasing the first video from it. The band have given actress Olivia Wilde the reigns to direct their new visual for “Dark Necessities,” which finds Anthony Kiedis and co going wild in their home studio, with shots of long boarders skating around the streets.
This isn’t the first time Wilde has been behind the camera, having directed the video for Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros’ “No Love Like Yours” earlier this year using an iPhone 6S.
