Rhythm Roulette: Scoop DeVille

The producer, live from the East Coast!

Rhythm Roulette has had some big guests lately and even though Scoop Deville might not be a household name yet, he’s still produced some big joints in rap. For this segment, Scoop visits Scotty’s Record Shop in New Jersey and picks out a few records to flip into some beats.

The two records in question were Righteous Brothers’ “Unchained Melody” and Aztec Two Step. Out of the two, the second beat definitely came out harder and we can hear someone like Freddie Gibbs monster on that type of dark record. It would be interesting to hear what that shit sounds like after he polished it. It certainly sounds like something that should be on an album.

Watch for yourself as the producer sparks some of that good herb and gets busy with the vinyl above.
