Last night, The GRAMMYs made an official announcement of Robin Thicke and Lorde being added to their upcoming 56th annual awards. This news comes a day preceding the big announcement that Stevie Wonder would be joining electro-duo, Daft Punk for a rare live performance in their Random Access Memories set.

Pharrell Williams and Nile Rodgers, who we were expecting to appear during the Daft Punk performance for “Get Lucky”, have been revealed to join the performers list as well. 17-year-old New Zealand singer-songwriter, Lorde will also be hitting the stage in follow-up to her 2013 breakout year highlighted by her international single “Royals.” Katy Perry and Metallica have announced been added to the performers list that now increases from the original format that consisted of Daft Punk, Kendrick Lamar, Pink with Nate Ruess, and Imagine Dragons.

Stay tuned for more heading into the 56th Annual GRAMMYs airing January 26th.
