Florida rapper Rod Wave is having a breakthrough year with his Ghetto Gospel album receiving big acclaim.
This week, he’s back with a video for a new single called “Misunderstood.” The visual finds Rod driving around his neighborhood and taking photos with fans. “It be hard to believe that I made it this far,” he raps. “Made it when it was rainin’, boy, that sh*t done left me scarred.”
For those who missed it, Ghetto Gospel is executive produced by Kevin Gates and features Lil Durk and Gates himself.
