Watch Part 1 of PRhyme’s Documentary
In just over three weeks, Royce Da 5’9 and DJ Premier will finally release their collaborative album, PRhyme. In a new documentary titled Raiders of the Lost Art, we find out a little back history on them both, courtesy of narration from Bun B. We get a look at the lifestyle of Royce, from spending time with family to sharpening his game at the gym, and in particular his love of boxing. With Premo, the producer talks about continuing boom bap through kicks, snares, hi-hats, samples and scratches, as opposed to trap.
