As someone who actually listened to the original version of Rudimental‘s single “I Will For Love,” it’s kind of crazy to hear what MNEK did with it. He basically turned the song from an upbeat festival anthem to an 80’s or early 90’s R&B remix that strips away most of the electronic feel of the track and swaps it out for something more funky. MNEK’s whole sound is like that, so it’s not surprising at all. If the original was a bit too dance-y for you, this might liven up the mood.
